cinnanimosity

I've been pretty faithful for the past month or so to jog on the treadmill every night for 30-40 minutes, and am becoming resentful at the lack of progress I'm seeing on the scale...

maybe I'm being sabotaged by my work environment? this is what was sitting on the conference table (which means that anyone can eat them) when I walked in this am:

I've had two so far.

Duke, I hear ya! I am proud to say that I am 4 weeks sober from donuts. I have a support person at work (seriously) and we encourage each other to not eat donuts when they get brought in weekly. However, today there was birthday cake and we split a piece instead of having a whole one each. The bad thing is that I had like 5 oreo's!! DAMN YOU SWEETS!!!

Don't be too discouraged by scale numbers if you're being diligent about working out. Might be that you're gaining muscle, which of course, allows a body to process things like cinnamon rolls with relative impunity.
