I think I'd place it above Temple of Doom but well below Raiders and Crusade. My main problems (in no particular order):
1. Too much CGI 2. Didn't really like the MacGuffin. 3. Some supporting cast I could've done without...
If it wasn't for Harrison Ford, it could be mistaken for a Mummy sequel. Don't get me wrong, I love the Mummy movies for what they are. However, I'd recommend setting your expectations accordingly. That all being said, it is Harrison Ford and it's certainly Indiana Jones. I am still very grateful that George Lucas didn't 'Star Wars: Episode I' it. That's my impression after one viewing, and will surely change after more. I'd recommend seeing it regardless, it is Indy and this may very well be Ford's last turn in the fedora.
